Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Aroste.lt reserves the right to limit quantity on any and all products. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax and shipping. If any adjustments are made to your order you will be informed via an email prior to us billing you. The charges at checkout may not be final, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. Aroste.lt reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Please be aware that all calls may be monitored and/or recorded for quality and training purposes.

Typographical Errors

While we make every effort to ensure the products information and pricing on our website is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the event that item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, Aroste.lt shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is mispriced, Aroste.lt, at our sole discretion, will do one of the following:

a.) If an item is priced lower then the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item.

b.) If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund.

We reserve the right to correct and/or update the content on our website at anytime without notice.

Sales Tax/ International orders

Aroste shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the Republic of Lithuania. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other foreign state.

International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty, or additional taxes in the country of destination. Aroste.lt is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. Aroste.lt recommends that you contact your customs import office for more information about potential charges.

Aroste.lt is not responsible for any taxes, duty, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being returned.
